Why mundane routines are so good

I was thrown off balance with the flu last week. Was bed ridden n was unable to do those little mundane things that i always thought were a burden! Packing lunch boxes, driving to run errands, my packed schedule at work, site visits, buying grocery etc etc. We really dont value what these everyday trivial activities do to us, and we dont realise how lucky we are to be able to carry on with our so called routines. They actually nourish us, bring in stability of the known. These little routine mundane activities bring in a certainity on what to expect!

So ladies, whatever hardship u are facing, carry on with more tenacity. Even if stuck in traffic, thank god that you are able to drive. In a packed bus, relish that you are able to commute. Enjoy those late nights which you spent working on a presentation. Cherish the mundane.
